| Primarily working with retail property investors, our work is based around understanding and
forecasting consumer motivation. We have developed an in-house model, the
Retail Sales & Profit Model (RSPM)
that sits at the heart of all we do. The RSPM uses Geographical Information Systems (GIS) technology
and gravity modelling techniques. |
| We have used this to successfully evaluate the retail opportunities for towns, shopping centres,
retail parks, outlet centres and individual units. We produce practical tangible results well understood by
retailers, retail property investors and local authorities We can forecast changes to catchments and spend
and therefore accurately produce forecasted profit and loss accounts (P&L's) for any retailer. We often work
with landlords in an effort to demonstrate levels of affordable rent. |
