The development of the models we employ is evolutionary and our portfolio of models has been further developed to forecast:

the catchments and performance of leisure outlets   retail, leisure and work trips   visit numbers to car parks in town and city centres for NCP   routes taken by:     car borne consumers on retail or leisure trips     pedestrians in town and city centres and in shopping centres   where retail, leisure facilities and car parks should be located   housing demand

These applications have driven our need to create bespoke software products to deliver the above. We now have RSPM, Car Park Volume Model, ViaTrak (our routing software), SiteSelect (our location and site forecasting software), the RDV (Retail Data Viewer, our internet delivery system), the Housing Affordability Model (HAM) and the Housing Mismatch Model (HMM).
