Our offer centres upon the analysis of local consumer demand and motivations using our proprietary gravity model, the Retail Sales & Profit Model (RSPM) that sits at the heart of all we do. The RSPM uses Geographical Information Systems (GIS) technology and gravity modelling techniques.
Our reputation is built on meticulous research, attention to detail and constant innovation in the techniques we employ.
While our client list is dominated by retail property investors, in recent years our client base has diversified to include retailers and media owners, as well as becoming a provider of data.
