Site Forecasting/ Selection
Through an on-going dialogue with local councils we have acquired a vast database of upcoming changes to:
 roads
 leisure
 housing
 offices
With this data we are able to run strada using time series analysis, bringing these new developments into existence over time. This therefore allows us see how road traffic volumes and the associated audience demographics change.
This can be used to two separate ends:
 Portfolio Analysis
Running strada at different horizon years, each with new potential developments 'live', allowing us to see the impact not only on traffic flows but audience profiles and cover and frequency.
If a new shopping centre is developed a year from now and two new housing developments are completed near to a selection of your sites, how does this impact on you and your business? Has the core make up of your audience suddenly changed? How has traffic flow past your sites been affected?
To see a key example of this please see our case study on Sheffield town centre and traffic flow forecasts.
 Future Site Selection
If you're seeking to develop out your portfolio how can you know the true value of a site before purchase? strada allows you to select any area in the country and provide a detailed audience profile for that site. Indeed, combined with local population statistics, proximity analysis and other key information sets this can be used as a valuable tool when bidding for new sites.
However, it is not just about the value of a site today, but the value to your business of that site going forward, again looking at new developments in the local vicinity and the impact they will have.
