Nick Aspinall
Nick has been involved in retailing for 36 years, the last 29 of which have been spent in consultancy. He has worked in buying, merchandising and financial management, including 6 years with Debenhams.
Nick set up Oxford Retail Consultants in 1990 and has been responsible for developing many of the core models used today.
Aside from Nick’s UK experience, he has also worked in the Republic of Ireland, Russia, France, Belgium, Holland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Spain, Malta and Poland.
In the UK he also has extensive experience as an Expert Witness in retail rent reviews, town planning and retail development.
Ben Aspinall
A graduate in Information Management from University College London, Ben joined Oxford Retail Consultants in 2001.
Ben has worked across all aspects of the business ranging from strategic asset management, acquisitions, rent reviews, needs and impact assessments, portfolio analysis and model development for a variety of clients.
Ben is now Deputy Managing Partner.
Andrew Hougham
A graduate in Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems from Bath Spa University, Andrew joined Oxford Retail Consultants in 2008 as a Project Coordinator. He became a Senior Project Coordinator in 2010 before becoming Head of Operations in 2014.
Andy is responsible for a wide range of projects as well as managing the data team.
Pooja joined ORC in April 2016 as Commercial Director. Pooja possesses a wealth of client management experience having spent 13 years at Mintel as their Commercial lead and 2 years as Managing Director of Key Note.
